The staff was very friendly and helpful. Someone met us at the train station to guide us to the hotel. We were able to leave our backpacks at the hotel while we explored Machu Picchu. Location was great, next to the river and away from the noise of the trains and main square, yet within easy walking of everything.

Very clean and comfortable, great Terrace, wonderful rooms, and an elevator. Also, they kept our bags while we went up the Machu Picchu and brought them down to the train station for us

Quiet - except for nice sound of water from the river in the distance Very good breakfast. Good bed and plenty of hot water. Location is fine....Aguas Calientes isnt very nice, but its an easy walk to the train/bus station and near bars, restaurants
